Please allow 10–14 business days for your parcel to arrive after dispatch. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Please note that delays caused by customs inspections, import procedures, local postal services, adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control are not included within this estimated timeframe.

VAT, TAXES AND DUTIES

For all orders for delivery outside of the UK - all customs charges, local import taxes and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer. Charges vary - if you would like to know what charges are likely to be placed on your order, please contact your local customs office before ordering. 

RETURNS

As a small business with changing collections and limited quantities, returns and exchanges will not be accepted. All items are final sale.

EU Customers: Under EU consumer protection laws, customers in the European Union who purchase eligible goods online generally have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order. To exercise this right, a cancellation request must be submitted within the 14-day withdrawal period. A link to submit a cancellation request can be found in the footer of every page on our website. Please note that this right does not apply to made-to-order or customised ceramic pieces or to print-to-order art prints, as these products are produced specifically to a customer's order and are exempt from the statutory withdrawal right. Eligible returned items must be sent back unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to make deductions from any refund where a product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its characteristics and functioning, resulting in a reduction in its value.

GOODS ARRIVING DAMAGED

In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged due to transit please notify me as soon as possible, preferably within 3 working days of receipt. Please retain the original packaging for returning your order. I will then arrange with you a prompt replacement or refund, whichever is your preference.
